New Country Competizione drivers gave it their all at Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca for Round 5 of the Ferrari Challenge NA Championship

Dave Musial Jr. contended in the Coppa Shell AM earning his first pole position and kicked up the fastest lap in this category of 1m29.238.

Dave Musial Jr. #30 has the current championship lead in the Coppa Shell class and took two podiums in this category. Anthony DeCarlo #100 finished 7th in the Coppa Shell category and Brian Davis #8 is in fifth place with 39 championship points in this category.

Conquest Racing Director, Eric Bachelart, says Jason McCarthy had a little frustration at Laguna but since it was the first time at this track he did fairly well and enjoyed a great weekend.

VP of Ferrari Brands at New Country Motor Car Group, Michael Mastrangelo states, “Anthony DeCarlo raced in Coppa Shell starting at the 13th pole position and ended in 10th place and doing very well for his first season of racing. He also raced this year at Indy, and COTA. DeCarlo has made the best improvement so far gaining speed with each race and enjoying himself.
